Starting off the New Year with a home workout
Welcome ladies of Menopause Matters, for those of you that don't know me, my name is Katie Morris and I am hopefully going to be able to make your exercise regime in 2019 that little bit easier. To start off the New Year here is a home workout, designed for all levels and abilities, as you can choose how hard you want to work in the 40 second time slot. This workout hits all the major muscle groups and is designed to get you sweating and leave you feeling fabulous. Bodyweight Squats
Tricep Dips
Forward Lunges
Push Ups
Mountain Climbers
40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest
REPEAT 3-5 times depending on your level of fitness
