I've been on 200mg utrogestan continuously for about 3 weeks now (up from 100mg to control bleeding) and have noticed more spots on my face, specifically around my mouth. Which is nice 🙄 I've also started having night sweats again, even though I'm on evorel 100 patches.

Hi An6e1

Can I ask why your dose was increased to 200 and also what HRT regime you're on?

Same here, I have spots all around my mouth during my progesterone week.
I never used to get it before, so I'm wondering if its also because my estrogen is too low also.

I upped my dose to 200mg continuous on medical advice. Not great. Spots/rash on face, low mood and felt sedated the whole time. Back down to 100mg now (on medical advice) and feel much better. However, probably having a mirena fitted soon so I don't have to bother with the nightly pill.
