I've been taking 2 x 5mg Provera daily in an effort to get mirena coil bleeding to settle. It hasn't worked and I stopped the provera 2 days ago because I have anxiety and low mood. I need to establish if the provera is the cause of the low mood before looking at other options such as adjusting my estrogen dose. My question is, how long will it take for the provera to be out of my system? I've already got stomach cramps which I'm assuming is from the withdrawal but how long do I wait if there's no improvement in my mood? Thank you.
