Hi all
Started taking Utrogestan tablets and using Sandrena gel on 3 September. Initially 2 tablets 14 days on, 14 days off but during my first break my mood swings and outlook on everything and everyone was horrendous, so after speaking with the doctor it was agreed to take 1 tablet for 25 days with a 3 day break. After speaking with her I immediately dropped to the 1 tablet for the rest of the packet. I am now on a break - took last tablet last Saturday 21 October, was going to wait until my period appears before restarting them as it does say on my repeat prescription to start taking on the first day of your cycle, but should I be doing this or just had a 3 day break and then restarted?
Getting hold of my doctors is an absolute nightmare, not able to speak to them on the phone and when an online request is submitted they don't get back to you for 72 hours, so hoping someone on here has had the same experience or knows what i should be doing!
