Hi all wonder if you could answer me please
I am 47 peri meno and finding my way through hrt since last November - do I feel better ? Some days yes some days no. I am taking Utragestan 200 vaginally and am prescribed 75 everol but I actually now cut one patch up each week so I’m taking around 90 (my doctor doesn’t know this and I feel stressed about it - I’m not a natural rebel but I felt like I needed more patch?) anyway my question is how must Utragestan is the right amount - if I had to guess how I feel I think I don’t have enough Estrogen and I take too much progesterone cos during the time I take that I feel rubbish 😣 thanks in advance x
