Oily skin
« on: August 27, 2023, 10:42:32 PM »

I’m really struggling with oily skin on my face. No matter what i use or don’t it comes back straight away. I can no longer wear foundation and I’m now getting spots. It’s also affecting my hair if I don’t pin it back. Any advice would be amazing ❤️

Hormones  >:(  ::)

Similar to teenage acne.  A good cleanser will help, do U remember 'clearasil', I think it's still available.

What R your periods up to?  How old are you etc.?

Hi there, my skin is combination, but I have heard people saying that Niacinamide is great for oily skin, maybe look into it  :) ''If you have an oily skin type, you should consider including a niacinamide skincare product in your routine. One of the primary niacinamide uses in skincare is its ability to regulate and stabilise oil production in the skin. It helps repair the barrier of your skin and keeps your skin hydrated.'' Hope that helps x Simple make an affordable Niacinamide serum x

Stick to warm water and a clean flannel every morning, don't use soap anywhere.  'simple' products are good.
