Ermin2trude that's interesting that you need the full 200mg to feel better, that would probably be me too. I am so calm when taking it. Yes I get bloated and sore boots towards the end but that is preferable to just being on estrogen amd how I feel when it's too high or there is too big a gap.

Penguin, I find the bloating and sore boobs is still cyclical, so when it happens I cut a bit off my patch until I deflate.
