A question that has been bothering me.
A month or so ago I had a range of blood tests at my drs surgery. Amongst the tests one was for oestrogen levels. I know these are a bit unreliable, and being peri my levels are no doubt fluctuating during the month anyway.
My Dr said all was ok, and in normal ranges, the oestrogen being 300.
At that point I was on a 100 patch, now upped to 125. I believe some meno clinics use different scales, but this was my nhs surgery.
Is 300 low for someone on a relatively high patch when to be truthful although I have seen improvements I still feel pretty Crap - exhausted, joint pain, libido very low, brain fog. ( VA being dear with topically and mood swings\sleep hope to improve on AD) .
