Do use the VA treatment as often as is necessary.  You don't need a break.  Some ladies manage with a few times a week, many require a nightly dose.  It really does depend on each of us.

What support do you get as a carer?

As oestrogen levels drop muscles may become lax = aches and pains.  Over the counter pain relief should help.

Muscle cramp can be due to a lack of salt in the diet ;-)

Let us know how you get on.

What about taking utrogestan for 25 out of 28 days (which was the 'old' continuous schedule) which would let you have a predictable bleed but also be mostly on continuous.
