Will I have a bleed if I stop using hrt after 6 weeks of being on it?

On estradot 50 and utrogestan 100 but I feel much worse than when I started.

Hardly able to get out of bed due to crashing fatigue.
I have a holiday to Greece in 2 weeks and really want to feel up to going.

Only tried hrt due to low mood and lack of energy but this is just awful.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you probably will have a withdrawal bleed if you stop. It could be the utrogestan causing your problems - although it’s the gold standard, lots of women have problems tolerating it. There are other progesterones you could try.
