I am 10 years post meno. I was having spotting on 100 evorel 100 utro, womb lining slightly thickened biopsy fine. Went to 75 &200 a month ago, still v slight bleeding. What is odd is that I have a cycle of about 10 days where my sleep gets progressively worse and also palpitations then 2 days of crashing fatigue followed by very light bleed energy increases and a good nights sleep, then it starts again.
Has anyone else had this and any ideas on what to do?
Also went for smear test 2 weeks ago, too much blood in cervix to take a good sample but bleed is very light, only need a very thin liner, would it help to stop progesterone and have a proper bleed and then start conti again?
