has anyone experienced sweats and joint pain when they first change their old patch?
I change them at the appropriate intervals but that same night, am quite sweaty and the following morning have joint pains back until a few hours later. Can't figure it out as it should be continuous release.

Hi, some of us change twice weekly patches every 3 days (rather than 3.5 or 4 days) to keep levels up & avoid resurgence of symptoms towards the end of a patch's life. 

Studies have shown some variation over the life of each patch & some women are sensitive to this, so might be worth changing at 3 days if you've not tried this yet.  Sorry, can't remember brands tested, but assume applies to some extent with all.
