I wouldn’t be allowed Tibolone as I have had a blood clot in my jugular vein in the past.

Couple of quick questions - would you say that the HRT is helping generally ? Do you feel you’d be OK without it at the moment?

Have you ever tried migraine prophylactics ?

I’ve stopped oestrogel for the last 3 days (on day 3 of utrogestan and continued with this).

My symptoms of feeling sad still continue. I’ve still got a headache and have a feeling of being “hot” on my forehead.

I’m going to try winding off HRT and see what happens.

At present I just feel like crying all the time and my shoulders and neck ache to the bones.

Due to see the GP on Friday to review last blood tests so we will see what he says.

Interestingly, I’ve been given prednisolone for my asthma and all my symptoms have disappeared!

I therefore wonder if there’s something wrong with my glands
