Cold flushes
« on: December 06, 2022, 10:16:26 PM »

Hi, has anyone experienced “cold flushes”. I keep getting overwhelming periods of going from feeling normal temperature wise to being absolutely chilled to the bone. Not sure if it’s a meno symptom or not 🤷🏼‍♀️ Px

Hi Polly,  I've never experienced cold flushes but apparently they are hormonal and although not as common as hot flushes do happen.  I'm sure someone will be along soon that knows more about this.

Hello Polly. I get lots of cold flushes. In fact, I rarely get hot flushes. :)

Yes, when prescribed Tamoxifen - within 12 hours I was shivering as though I had 'flu!  >:(. It should spread from my waist up towards my neck.
