Sorry you are still suffering too Nas, I’m in the same boat it’s brutal, I only improve when my own Estrogen comes up but still have complete insomnia etc but my mental health improves and I feel almost normal again and able to do a few things around the house, then when it drops again I’m in a panicked state unable to function, talk to anyone, leave the house, it’s an existence hour to hour. .  It is low Estrogen symptoms. I have severe absorption problems and just can’t get enough into me. 

Remind me are you under a meno specialist?

Hi Nas, really feel for you, reading your post is me too.  It’s so hard to know what to do.  Anyway just wanted to send hugs and hope you get on ok re your eyes❤️ One thing after another. Sorry I can’t be more help atm 💐💐
