Dandelion, I think you mentioned you have not told your doctor that you are using another form of HRT or something else on those lines, apologies if I am wrong. But I think you need to be honest with your GB, you obviously need more help which can only be obtained with discussing it further with a meno specialist or your doctor.
Thankfully in the UK we are very strict on prescribing meds and online pharmacies are also restricted on what they can prescribe, it's for our protection after all.

My gp knows I bled on higher levels of hrt, however my symptoms have got much worse,
I don’t know why.
Sweats IBS cortisol etc you all know them.
I fear my GP will refuse to up my hrt.
I wish I knew why my meno symptoms have come back.
