Nadia Sawalha

Hello ladies.

Has anyone been following the latest menopause story from Nadia Sawalha?

At the beginning of the week she had a hysteroscopy and biopsy to investigate post meno bleeding and she said she is relieved that everything is normal.
She hasn't reported on her options for the future but I am guessing that her doctor will want her to reduce her HRT.

I recall she started HRT about eighteen months ago after watching Davina McCall's programmes. She then had an appointment with Louise Newson and became a patient  of Newson Health.

Nadia has been very open about how the menopause has affected her and I hope that she will tell us about her treatment in the future.

We often mention how celebs seem to have miraculous success with HRT but here is an example of the same problem that many of us face, that being a regime that was fine but must now be altered.

I look forward to hearing more from Nadia as many women have the same experience and would benefit from her insights.

Take care ladies.

K.

Assuming isn't anywhere near the truth of what Nadia's medics might suggest  :-\
