I'm thinking more of the treatment for the vestibular vulvodynia. You should have been prescribed a painkiller to cope with the pain. Lidocaine is one of the recommended treatments which is topical together with amitriptyline. You can read about it here. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vulvodynia/

Have you ever been assessed by a pelvic floor physiotherapist Rhinolass ?  reading your back posts you have been struggling with this pain for some time.
If it is vulval nerve pain and more than just va i would of thought an internal examination by a physio could pick up on that. Burning can come from nerves or tightened muscles.
If i remember rightly someone on here paid about £60 recently to see a pelvic floor physio.

My bum can sometimes hurt too, I think it maybe because we can position ourselves differently when sitting to avoid the vagina or maybe muscle loss. Vagifem has helped me xxx
