Utrogestan Vaginally
« on: September 20, 2022, 04:00:17 PM »

Hi ladies.

Apologies if I've asked this before; I take utrogestan vaginally, I take it in the morning as opposed to at night, to limit any side effects it may have on my sleeping pattern.

I insert it as far as I can, then I rest for about 30 minutes, I presume since I'm doing all of this it won't "pop out" again, I mean I've never noticed anything popping out and I try not to use the loo for about 30 to 40minutes after just to make sure.

Thanks xxx

I take it at night as it can help sleep but not sure how much gets through to whole system if vaginally.

It never seems to pop out though!

I’d have thought night may be better as a daytime poo might push it down a little (I find tampons can be pushed out.)
