I’ve always been an apple shape, but noticed when I stopped HRT In late 2019, over the next 2.5 years all my fat seemed to settle on my belly, and started to get fat deposits on my upper back, just below my neck.
Did anyone find that the fat redistributed during peri or meno, and if there have been any changes in distribution when they started HRT?
I can’t really remember what it was like before because I was 2 stone lighter when I was on HRT last time.
