Can I put evorel in the fridge.
I rang theramex and they were not much help.

I wouldn’t unless you find solid information saying it’s ok to do. A cool box for hot weather would be better in my opinion.

I checked my cool box this morning with Ovestin and Vit D capsules inside and the temp is a steady 20 degrees. The contents inside are dry and not getting damp, thankfully.  I think the cool box is doing a great job as the fridge is not a recommended place to store meds.

Where will I get a cool box, I looked on amazon, but I couldn't decide which was suitable, as it needs to last longer than a day like picnic boxes, do you have a link please?

Look at Amazon again and search Cool Boxes, they are showing loads.
Mine is a small soft plastic type that we take on our days out.

I checked amazon, I was overwhelmed. Do you use ice packs with yours?
I couldn't figure out what ice packs to use.

All cool boxes should come with at least 1 ice pack, if not you can always order separately, but it wouldn't be a cool box if it didn't have an ice block included.
Putting your meds in a tupperware box wouldn't keep them cool, you might as well take your chances and place directly in a drawer.

I have read that putting your meds in the fridge for a couple of hours a day is ok, you could always do that instead. Hopefully the heatwave will be a short one!

I am in 36 degree heat in Greece at mo. My gel and Meds are absolutely fine. I think you will be okay storing them somewhere cool but not the fridge.

It is a short one, the cool boxes I looked at wont be delivered until after the heatwave.
The sachets are in drawer inside their own little boxes, I thought Tupperware was airtight.
It seems a waste buying a cool box and only using it once.
I am only on 25mcg, maybe I am making too much of a fuss.
I just had a feel of them in the drawer now, and they feel cool.
