Back to work

So after time off work and adjusting my HRT, adding iron, magnesium and Vit D I felt better to go back to work. On day one I felt like my old self. Day 2 a bit lightheaded and gassy tummy, day 3 full blown anxiety and today tummy ache and feeling sick. I really thought I was getting better. Anyone else been like this? X

Good morning Sammas xx
I felt really sick after I started drinking an Iron supplement, I thought it would be better than taking a tablet.
I also developed a very upset stomach.
I initially thought it was my HRT, because I started both together.
As soon as I stopped the Iron supplement by nausea and stomach sickness stopped.
I hope yours disappears soon so you can enjoy your moment of going back to work. Xx

I also had bad digestive disorders taking iron supplements. Have you tested for low iron? Did your doctor give them ti you? When researching I discovered that taking vitamin C supplements with food was better at improving iron, and a supplement called Lysine, my levels improved taking them. You could just be adjusting to work, try not to worry, just give it time.
