Raising oestrogen patch
«
on:

Is it possible to feel more groggy and brain fogged?
There could be other things going on but other symptoms are going and yet this has hit me like a bus for a week.

Hi Clarella,
The nurse started my Evorel patches on 50mg and I felt very odd! Quite jittery and wired. It has now been reduced to 25 and definitely better. So I think increasing the dose can definitely give side effects, hopefully once your body gets used to it they will ease.
Maybe you could increase the dose gradually x
