Can anyone recommend something that actually helps post-menopausal libido please?
I had a spell about 12 months ago when my sex drive went through the roof, but this seemed to have been a "swan song" as its just like a switch has been thrown and for the last few months I have had zero sex drive. I have never taken HRT and don't want to. I have not had a period for nearly 18 months, so assume my menopause has passed. I am not expecting a miracle cure or magic wand to take me back to my 20s, but would like to try something (other than alcohol) that can help me relax and might just give me a spark of interest ... My hubby is very patient and understanding, so I am not doing this for him, but miss our intimacy more than I thought I would ... thanks
