Hi, I am so sorry you are going through this, a lack of sleep is absolute torture!
I have just seen this 'internal shaking' on another thread and my ears ****ed up because for years I had this odd feeling, only at night when lying down in bed, the only way I can describe it is as if the bed is shaking, but it can't be so it has to be me! Very very odd.
