« on: January 03, 2022, 07:46:26 PM »

Hi i am 62 and over the last couple of years have tried 4 different hrt products patchs with progesterone gel and over the last 4 months Tibolone which i have now had to stop as they gave me terrible headaches nearly every day .I have come to stage where I think i will have to give up on HRT as it just does not seem to agree with me yes they did help with the hot flushes and sleeping but the side effect were horrible I would be so grateful for and advice kind regards Devonlass

Hi!  headaches are awful.

Do You keep a mood/food/symptom diary?  mayB decide which symptom you would like to ease first?  Some find that progesterone upsets them badly.

Maybe tell us what you've tried? Have you tried long cycle sequi instead of a conti regime? If progesterone is the problem it gives you more 'good' time.

How long were you on each regime?  Some take 6-8 months to feel any benefit.
