Today is X-ray day. Since last week I’ve had two separate lumpy bruises that are tender to touch - one on outer thigh and one on front of thigh.
I wonder if they are caused by or related to bursitis.
They disappear after a few days.
Any thoughts?

Hard and lumpy but not hot. Physio was a bit mystified but said my quad was really tight and worked on it. There was bruising before she worked on it!
