A lady in my area of the country has set up a Menopause Support Group and, needless to say, it is proving to be very popular. We meet for an hour once a week and no subject is off limits. We all talk about our experience with pre-menopausal, menopausal and post menopausal symptoms, swap ideas and generally give each other encouragement and support. It is proving to be quite a lifeline for some ladies who have never felt able to talk about it before. Is this the first of its kind in the country or does anyone know of another?
