continuous utrogestan and 3 pumps of estrogel
« on: July 30, 2021, 07:38:54 AM »

Hello,

I started my HRT journey in March of this year with 2 pumps and continuous utrogestan.  After 3 months, I was advised to go to 3 pumps.  I've noticed my boobs are really sore and seem to have grown, I have period pains (my periods stopped age 45.  I'm now 48) and recently I've noticed some brown discharge.  Is this all normal?  I used to have endometriosis and I took the pill for many years to combat that but came off it age 44.  Plus I have a couple of small fibroids.  My main symptoms were atrophy (but I feel that's got better with vagifem) and I have ectopics, stiff joints, digestive probs (burping constantly) and feel dizzy and tired (no hot flushes).  I can't say I feel any better.  Any advice would be gratefully received.
