Good morning everybody

I´m Ellie, long time lurker but decided to register and say hello to you all.
This forum is such a safe and friendly space.

I turned 49 last week and recently started HRT after several years of strange symptoms and beating myself up for not being "consistent" enough or "doing better" when my body had other plans all along... $:-\$

So far I'm only 2 weeks into Lenzetto and have noticed wonderful effects. Will start Utrogestan soon.
