DROP IN ESTROGEN LEVELS
« on: April 14, 2021, 10:01:49 AM »

good morning ladies i need some advice and help

my estrogen levels have dropped and i need to increase my dose but i am noticing i have gaining weight rapidly i mean like 4 pounds in few days type thing and 2 stone now in weight in last 2 yrs

i’ve currently been on 2.5 gel daily p and tesosterone alternate days

my tesosterone is to high so this needs to be reduced to twice a week and estrogen increased to 3 pumps

could it be the high tesosterone causing weight gain ? and my boobs huge too not nice

or can taking progesterone alter estrogen obsorbtion or levels

i’ve had hysterectomy so p not needed but took it to help sleep moods and hair shedding the later didn’t help

many thanks
sam

You should be targetting symptoms, not levels. If you feel worse on the higher dose of E (rapid weight gain and big boobs are high estrogen), then you might want to revert to your previous dosage.

I’m losing hair due to low Estrogen, testosterone made it worse because my Estrogen wasn’t right so stopped it.  Go on symptoms not bloods as it can confuse things especially in peri.
