Bloating help
« on: April 02, 2021, 05:08:26 PM »

Hi everyone and happy Easter to you all. I need a bit of help. I’ve been taking Femeston 1/10 for 7 months. I am suffering from really bad stomach bloating. I am due a review with my GP soon so wondered if anyone had any wise words about what I could try if I switched to a different type. I’ve put Femeston into the search and also bloating but haven’t really found a solution. I’d like to go armed with info to the GP as I doubt they’ll have a clue!

I put 'bloating' into the search box and found a few threads.

Some food stuffs affect women - if I eat fresh bread I get windy and vow never again - but DH makes such good rolls  ::)

Thanks. I’ve researched foods to the enth degree. I just wondered if anyone had had any success in solving the bloating by switching hrt. I’m eating probiotics and really watching what I eat constantly. I stopped taking the tablets for a few weeks to see the difference and it definitely went down but the hot flushes and lack of sleep are worse than the bloating.

My stomach issues improved when I went on to everol sequi. I still get bloating now and then and am very careful about what I eat and the quantity, but I don't get anywhere near as much pain
