Worried utrogestan fell out into loo last night
« on: January 03, 2021, 10:12:04 PM »

Hello
I put my vaginal utrogestan high up in my vagina last night laid down on an empty bladder.
I'm not worried when I see small bits of capsule in the loo through the day.
I woke up during the night, didn't look at what time it was, so don't know how long capsule had been inside.
Anyway, I am worried because I was woken up by a full bladder and when I weed, there was a lot of white in the loo, I don't know if I bled/weed the whole capsule out.
I wouldn't normally worry about loss of one utrogestan but it is cross tolerant with the valium I am on, as its metabolite allopreganolone acts on the same receptor as valium and I have to keep this receptor as stable as possible.
My question is, how long does it take for utro be absorbed? sorry for bolding.
I ask because if it is only 15 mins or so, I am home dry, but if it is hours, I might have weed it out.
EDIT the water in the loo was read, but GP and gynaecologist know about my bleeding, I hope I am not bleeding them out, forgot to ask about this, can't take it oral because it changes the levels of metabolite on my receptors due to cross tolerance of valium.
