Utrogestan 100mg

Hi ladies, I have recently been prescribed Utrogestan and sadrena gel. Anyone have any idea how to take this? My GP literally has no clue and just left instructions - 1 to be taken daily on days 1-25 of cycle. The problem is I have no clue when my cycle is. On day 25 I take it we take a break? How long for?
I hope somebody is along to help me out! Thanks

If you don't have a strong cycle of your own it doesn't matter, it's just to allow a bleed if there's anything there. Some people don't bother with the break. If you're peri it should be 12 days x 200mg to coincide with your own cycle. Day 1 is the first day of your bleed if you have one. 3 days break, they assume a 28 day cycle.
