Hi SammieJane yes, that’s exactly how I feel. Not using anything for it though but speaking to the GP on Monday. Isn’t Ovestin Supposed to stop the soreness?

'vagifem' and 'ovestin' are for vaginal atrophy.  As oestrogen levels drop so the body may become dry - including the vagina.

Do let us know how you get on during the phone call, mayB make a list B4 so that you don't forget anything?

Thanks CLKD I will do. Good to know it’s an actual condition as I have suffered a while on & off wondering how can it be a prolapse if it comes & goes. I shall start a list now! Thank you.

Oh apparently a prolapse can up and down all of it's own free will  :-\ - mayB put 'prolapse' into the search box I am sure others have mentioned it?

That’s so weird! Makes you wonder how it goes back up!

Lack of oestrogen can cause laxity of muscles  ::)

If it is a prolapse you may benefit from a physio. who specialises in that area.

Update. Saw a gynaecologist today. Prescribed Ovestin cream for Atrophy & referred for physio to strengthen pelvic floor.
