All ladies using vagifem...

I can't seem to find any posts about this so time to check with all you ladies. I use Vagifem 5 times a week (to get the original dosage when it was Vagifem 25 vs Vagifem 10). I was wondering if you can use double dose twice a week and one extra? In other words, take 2 on Tuesday, 2 on Thursday and 1 on Sunday?
Thx.

Yes you can as I did a video on Instagram this week with a menopause specialist GP who said she has ladies use two together as some find it better, there are no hard & fast rules it’s trial & error we are all different

I was going to suggest using 2 doses at once twice a week as well as 1 nightly and see the effect.

Thank you so much! I was hoping it would work just the same. Cheers ladies.

well this is a very informative post...once every other day is no where near working for me. I did use daily for a week a couple of weeks ago but that hasn't really helped.
Do you take the 2 at the same time on days when you have 2, or 1 in morning, 1 at night (sorry if i sound a bit thick!)
I think I will try this. Did they reduce the dosage of Vagifem?

Hi stockport1965...what I am going to try is double dose Tuesday..double dose Thursday and 1 on Sunday. Personally I have found that the residual discharge of vagifem fillers really irritates the next day so I'm hoping that having a few days.in between might be better? As for you query about vagifem, it was initially at 25 then the manufacturer changed to 10 so many women were getting return of symtoms.

Sorry Stockport didn't really answer your concern. I am using 2 at the same time. I think one lady uses 1 in a.m. and 1 in p.m. For me, I would prefer to do it in one fell sweep and get it over and done.

Some can be sensitive to the fillers etc.. But discharge shows that the product is doing what it says on the tin ;-)

I am using double dose every 2 days (One high, one mid) with yes VM every day and HRT . If I use them daily they don’t dissolve properly

Hi I don't want to take this thread in the wrong direction but someone on a VA thread suggested I get in contact with MaryJane. I can see that she's posted on this thread and I don't know if she'll see this and be able to contact me. I posted on Private Lives VA - Do I need to stop taking Tibolone? Many thanks

Hi Scottie56
If you have a question about VA ( rather than Tibolone) then you can send Maryjane a private message.
