Hi my menopause symptoms are really making me feel terrible. The sweats. Headaches. Lack of sleep. My hair & skin are disgusting. Mood swings etc etc. My GP won't give me HRT because of a family history of breast cancer. Has anyone got any advice on supplements available that can help ease any of the symptoms. I've tried to find advice online but it's a bit mind boggling. Thanks in advance
