The saga continues   my Setraline has been increased... after  a week of trying to get patches and ringing pharmacies. I have estragel n provena tablets  lucky I have an Under active thyroid n free prescriptions. I have spoken to the union n had an occ health referral. Set hours split breaks.I may have to cut to 4 days instead of full time. That may mean a change of job role depending on finance n if work can accommodate.All this is soo not me.
I am trying to be pragmatic... Let's hope the estragel n tablets suit me... I never thought I would miss my sticky Evorel patches but I do.
The journey continues  8) :-* ::)

So... here we are in Covid world.
Whats happening with me... Estragel n provera...I have dropped to 30 hours work from 35... not working weds... from 0604.. not sure if changing depts as key worker. Feel more me.. I have got used to saying I'm menopausal n suffer anxiety n depression... I'm accepting...of me.. what my body n brain are going through...no longer fighting it or resenting it... trying to find peace... it's quite a journey...
Keep safe everyone xx see how work treat me moving to pt work x
