The Christmas Adverts 2019
« on: November 18, 2019, 04:50:13 PM »

What do we think? I'm not impressed this year.

They all seem a bit rushed and irrelevant to the cosy, family, giving theme of Christmas.

Time travel, dragons, magic dust in jars, B grade celebs drooling over sparkling gin, greatest showman.  Where is the food! Where is the love!

(Only exception is the McDonalds 'reindeer' advert. That made me tear up whilst the John Lewis one didn't).

Totally bored by them.  It's just a game they play every year.  ;D

When they started at the beginning of November it was too early, now I'm bored of them!

The John Lewis just one seems to be too long. You know what's coming but it takes forever to happen. McDonalds one is good, but I liked last year's one more.

Saw the McDonald's one last night, did quite like it. To be honest I don't pay much attention to the ads!
