Estring
« on: September 12, 2019, 09:38:37 PM »

Hi Tc,
Hope you find this!

I started the Estring because I thought the fillers in other products might be irritating, and I didn't seem to be getting anywhere only using Vagifem.  The meno clinic agreed to this and suggested adding in Vagifem if I didn't find it enough. Estring gives a consistent dose of 7.5 mcg over 24 hours. It should last 12 weeks, but perhaps runs out of steam a bit in the final couple of weeks. I add in Vagifem every other night.

About a week ago I also started applying Estriol Cream externally, something I couldn't do before as it stung, but it is fine now. I've also had one MLT treatment and am going for the second one next week. So as you can see I'm throwing the lot at it! The VA feels far more under control now.

I hope this helps.

That's what I call a "belt and braces" approach. Good on ya. Thanks for taking the time to answer about the estring. . Good luck with the MLT.  I'm glad you are finally seeing some results.
