Yet when you go ocean sailing you take 2 litres per person for day and that has to be used for drinking, cooking and washing. Not drinking enough is definitely bad for you but too much of anything can be detrimental too. Humans and other animals are good at self-regulating, unless something is wrong you will feel thirsty.

Good point Sheila. Rations in a compact space makes sense.
I drank 1 3/4 litres water yesterday, aswell as coffee..
Feels about right for me, but I did do an hour of very brisk walking and felt quite thirsty after that.
Off again for another hour brisk walking, might add 10mins today. 👍

Lots of very vigorous hoovering (!) including heaving furniture and going down on hands and knees to get under beds! Not really fitness but using lots of energy (I don't do it very often!
)

Did an hour on cross trainer,5 mins of sit ups,5 mins of stretches and 5 mins of weights,I sound so fit don't I?
