A week on eastrogel and thanks to lots of tips from you lovely lot I'm now certain in using it correctly but...
Hot flashes have returned. Strangely they were the only symptom the fem patch got rid of. Over the last week on the gel they have got worse and worse.
I'm wondering if it's an indication in not absorbing or that 3 pumps is not enough.
In other words are hot flushes or lack of them a good indicator as to how well the E therapy is working.
Hot flushes in themselves are not the biggest problem though I'm realy struggling with the new regime terrible sleep and. 3 day sick headache and pelvic pain from which i assume is the utrogestan. I'm going to switch to vaginally tonight.
Have felt so unwell I haven't been out for 3 days and can't stop bursting into tears
The patch I was on til a week ago was 50 and 3 pumps of the gel is higher so can't understand why flushes are back with avengence. What a thoroughly miserable week.
