Hiya ladies. After a good day yesterday, even having a laugh and joke on here, which I very much enjoyed, I woke up this morning so down and anxious.
I'm waiting for my new higher dose of hrt but can't get it til next week so I cut a femseven sequi patch in half and added it alongside the one in already wearing. Has anyone else ever done this. Don't know if it's a bad thing to do.
I feel like I want to take a sleeping pill and just sleep the day away and intellectually I know thats pretty sad and wasting my life but when I get like this I just cannot pull myself out of it.
Is it ok to add half a patch does anyone know?
