Hi ladies don't feel good I have had a cold but has left me feeling anxious +my legs knees , arms ache going to the loo alot
Have given 2 urine samples in a both have not got to the lab so ask me for another one don't think there is any wrong but has not helped my anxiety
Been on Elleste duet 1mg for 6 weeks so ask if I could up the does with the way I feel don't know if I done the right thing just feel so rubbish,

When the body fights a Germ it can use up energy that we don't replace.  Maybe eat little and often and keep hydrated.

As oestrogen levels drop the muscles may become lax = aches and pains.  Do you feel as if you have urine infection?  Maybe it is vaginal atrophy which mimics infections really well.
