Hi all, i have been on HRT for one year using Oestrogel 3 pumps with utrogeston 12 days a month, all good till recently when withdrawals bleeds became rather irregular so went for a scan to check lining of the womb which is good and thin, however Menopause Lady said it could be time to change the route of administration and prescribed Femoston 2/10mg + Femoston 1/10mg together so that's 2 pills per day as she wants me to have the equivalent of what i used to get and even a bit more since the digestion and liver process results in much Oestrogen loss compared to transdermal. Patches are not good as i sweat like a pig all the time since peri started, also gel was giving me rashes so glad i am of it really.
Have you had this experience of 2 pills a day ? I haven't come across anyone who is taking 2 doses per day, any advice/comments would be great ! Thanks.
