Random drugs testing

I work in the construction industry which is trying hard to be safer. No objection to that. As part of this, a programme of regular random unannounced drugs and alcohol testing has been introduced with very low cut-off limits for everyone site or office. You're warning that even Beecham's flu remedies and nurofen can be picked up so need to be declared whenever they are being used.
Does anyone know if HRT is OK? I don't feel like discussing it with my male manager and I fairly new in the job and would like to keep it,even if I have to limit my wine consumption in the week

I'm slightly ashamed to admit that I work for a company which doesn't recognise unions

Hi
Would you find it less embarrassing to 'declare' that you are on the contraceptive pill as I'm guessing the test results for HRT and the pill would look the same x

My Company didn't have a Union either. For 3 of us?
Ask your Manager, if he raised the query. Or check with a local Pharmacist, most have private rooms - he/she may well ring your Company to discuss. Or your GP?
