I think I would read that as deficient

I was told my level of 29 nmol/l "isn't that deficient" but that's going on the levels the GPs/pharmacists are using at present, which are really outdated and date back to the war.
The more up to date research suggest levels should be above 75nmol/l with 125nmol/l as an optimal level.
Out of interest, I'm currently following a high dose vitamin d protocol for 8 weeks - 10 000 iu D3 gel capsules (from Costco) 400mg Magnesium (Glycinate) and 5 mg Vitamin K2-Mk4 daily. Once I have my blood test Monday, I'll review but will carry on with at least 2000 iu.
A GP taking an interest in me and my 'deficient' friend has done her own research and has said she is now going to prescribe daily high D3 plus co-factor doses and that a report is due to be released which will up date practice.
After feeling so unwell for the last 3 years it's nice to know it might not just be my inability to sort out my HRT
