It's not a dumb question it's one I wondered about too.there seems to be a big difference in amounts depending how much you depress doesn't there so I agree the confusion.i press it lightly so my blob is about 10p sized but I really don't know for sure either.xx

I pressed all the way down as my understanding was the 'pump' gave a measured dose.

Your right salad but I thought that was an awful lot and I could have covered my whole leg with that amount not just thigh so I didn't press so hard.xx

You need to press pump all the way down to get a full dose or you won't be getting enough.

Yes! Definitely press it all the way down as the pump measures the correct dose.

Hi Daisydot I’m using 2 squirts in a morning at moment
Were you advised to do 1 in morning and 1 at night ?

It was from previous posts I read on here dotty that I thought spreading it over the day would keep me level and it's definately working for me,on the patches I was getting big dips after a couple of days but I'm feeling pretty good on the gel.i also felt kind of flat on the oestrodose so searched out the proper Oestrogel and no longer have that flat feeling.hope this makes sense to you.xx
