Needing some advice tonight. Still bleeding and cramping on the Femoston conti and considering swapping back to Elleste duet 1mg in advance of seeing my Dr next Tuesday. (Thanks, Hurdity, you got back to me on that).Because I have felt better headache wise (it's just the interminable bleeding and cramps) I am going to ask if I can try Femoston 1/10 Sequi. Because that (I believe) has the same oestrogen and dosage as the Elleste duet I have left, I am tempted to start the oestrogen only pills from my Elleste pack now. My Dr said she would be happy to swap me again if I didn't settle. As I am currently on the Femoston 1/5 there would be no drop in oestrogen. My only concern is will I trigger heavier bleeding (I could cope with an end in sight) or worse ( as I have a tough few days ahead at work including the weekend) a migraine due to sudden cessation of progesterone? Or should I wait until my appointment next week hoping this bleefing eases. I am so fed up now.
