Dear mm, re your levels, I used to tie myself up in knots over these as they would have been ranging from approx 200 to 600 estradiol I was using a 100mcg patch daily but I rarely felt balanced, I had nausea, headaches and I was also on an AD (all peri). I went to prof Studd who rec the usual 4 of estrogen gel daily and pea size of testosterone, I was on a 100mcg patch when I went to him, it made no difference to me.
Peri can be difficult to balance because of the huge fluctuations which some women are very sensitive to. I myself have a history of reproductive anxiety+depression so I needed the estrogen and AD. Perhaps give your AD a bit of time to work and if it agrees with you then you could increase it if needs be.
